About Aura Space

Aura Space is a soft landing, an invitation to return to yourself.

Aura Space was re-birthed in 2023 (formerly Living Room Yoga), from my own journey of transformation and connection to self. I began my journey working as a psychotherapist followed by various yoga trainings and some psychic development. In my YogaSOMATICS work, I became more aware of the energetic aspects of the body and how we are much more than the physical form. It was during my psychic mediumship training and the loss of my sister Sinead in 2022, that my connection to spirit expanded. This catalysed the creation of Aura Space - a name that encapsulates the essence of what our brand is all about: the idea of a soft space in which your whole self in it’s purest form is welcome.

Since an early age, I have been fascinated by the art of expression and the human psyche.

As a child, I developed interests in fashion, art, music and dance and I have always been interested in the arts and more recently, the healing arts.

The search for my true self has permeated my whole life. There was a search within myself for more depth and meaning beyond the physical and psychological. It was my own personal journey which led me to yoga. It was through my process of deep inner work, that the mystical and magical practice of yoga demanded my attention.

“The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind” ~

Caroline Myss

The inner path of yoga and spirituality is the path of self-knowledge and self-transformation which leads to self-realization. This is the discovery of your True Self. I believe that yoga is a practice and inner journey to connect to your soul, your true essence and the Divine. I believe in truth, authenticity and self-expression and these values guide my teachings and my own life path.

“The soul is the truth of who we are” ~ Marianne Williamson

From my work as a psychotherapist, I have helped people from all walks of life, accompanying them on their journey.

My work and training in this area underpins my yoga teaching, and offers this duality with mind and body and including the magic of spirituality.

“It was the arrival of the Covid pandemic in 2020, that made me confront myself in a very honest way.”

It was during the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic that I experienced an awakening to my greater mission and vision: sharing the magic and alchemy of yoga and spirituality.

During my time working as a psychotherapist, I felt there was a gap in this practice of yoga that neglected the balance of the mind with the body and spirit. Acknowledging the loss of the element of spirituality throughout western yoga practices, I am committed to offering practices infused with magic, blending mind and body with spirit.
