YogaSOMATICS Movement Expressions in Space Workshop S'Espasi6

In this creative workshop, we will explore yoga gestures, somatic movements and body expressions through time, space and ambient sounds. We will use the “feeling sense” of water to open our sensory awareness combine with subtle body breathing and energetics. There will be time for stillness to integrate and absorb the practice combining traditional yoga, modern somatic movement and energetic work. The practice is about sensing and shaping from within connecting to one’s own life energy and body wisdom.
