Hello, I’m Deirdre. I’m a Scorpio sun and Virgo moon which means I love depth and the details. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2019. I’m an introvert at heart and spend more time exploring my inner world than the outer landscapes. I’ve previously worked as a psychotherapist, in the fashion industry and in luxury hospitality with a desire to bring beauty and joy to people.
