Private Sessions (Online and In-Person)
Starting your yoga journey can be daunting and private sessions can be a good place to start to ease into the practice. Traditionally, in India, yoga was taught by the teacher directly to the student. Ancient teachers understood the importance of tailoring each yoga experience to meet the needs of each student. Private Sessions, therefore follow the original yoga model based on a trusted relationship between teacher and student.
For beginners, private sessions are a wonderful way to learn, until you feel comfortable and confident to join a suitable class or enjoy your own home practice. For more regular or advanced practitioners, private sessions can be an opportunity to deepen your learning and own self-practice or address any limitations which may present themselves in group classes.

If you want to feel more openness and fluidity in body and mind with these sacred practices, then this is the journey for you. Choose between physical Vinyasa Flow, meditative Yin Yoga or YogaSOMATICS. Your first session is 90 minutes. It includes a consultation to assess and discuss your needs and requirements. During this session, I will take a detailed analysis of your lifestyle and health history.
Always consult your GP/Consultant following an accident/illness or injury should you wish to take a Private Session. Yoga is not a substitute for any medical, psychological or psychiatric conditions, though it can be a complimentary practice. Please consult with the appropriate professionals or with Deirdre regarding the suitability of the Private Session for you.
