Restorative YogaSOMATICS with Essential Oils
DESCRIPTION:
YogaSOMATICS Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils is an immersive experience which brings together elements of somatic movement, restorative yoga and aromatherapy. YogaSOMATICS founded by body therapist and yoga teacher Ateeka, emphasises gentle, intuitive movement to deepen mind-body awareness, release tension and promote emotional healing. When integrated with restorative yoga and essential oils, this approach creates a deeply relaxing and transformative experience.
YogaSOMATICS offers spaces of containment and exploration through aware movements, breathing, relaxation, mindfulness, meditation and contact bodywork. It is a return to connect to one’s own bio energy, through slow and subtle movement in a first-person relational experience. It may appeal to those who are new to yoga or as a self-care body practice.
Ideal Essential Oils for YogaSOMATICS Restorative Yoga (please bring along one option or your favourite essential oil)
Lavender: For relaxation and emotional balance.
Frankincense: Promotes grounding and presence.

Time: 7.30-8.30pm UK and Ireland / 8.30-9.30pm Spain via Zoom
Zoom link and practicalities will be sent the day before the first class of each journey. Each class Zoom recording will be available for a 7-day playback.
CPD:
An attendance certificate will be provided after the 5 weeks.
